Maureen Beck, RN, MSN - Geriatric Care Manager

Maureen Beck has been a nursing professional for almost 30 years. She's worked in gerontological, cardiothoracic, and intensive care nursing. Maureen received her BS in Nursing from Duke University in 1979 and in 1992 she became a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas.

Maureen has extensive gerontological nursing experience in the metro Houston area. She provided geriatric assessments and care to a homebound frail population through the Memorial Hospital House Call program and had an office practice in a geriatric assessment center at Memorial Herman - Southwest. She is a preceptor for the University of Texas School of Nursing, Health Science Center. She volunteers through her local senior services organization and the West University Place Good Neighbor team. Maureen was a delegate to the 1995 White House Conference on Aging representing Houston.
